About the Maryland DC Anti Car Theft
Committee
The Maryland-Washington DC Anti Car Theft
Committee (MD-DC ACT) is a non-profit 501c3 organization. We are
dedicated to reducing auto theft in Maryland and the District of
Columbia through support for law enforcement, the education of our
citizens and the enactment of legislation that supports cost effective
programs and laws that diminish auto theft.
MD- DC ACT is staffed completely with volunteers
from our member companies. 100% of funds received from member companies
goes directly to support on going programs. Our volunteers are
presently from the auto insurance industry, with additional help coming
from law enforcement agents, government agencies, the National
Insurance Crime Bureau and the Maryland
